Picture the classic federal-government-style bureaucracy and boondoogle and that's what you get with The Tile Shop -- a place I will never set foot in again. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Staff tells you one thing on the phone before you drive all the way over there only for you to learn they won't provide the help they said they would on the phone. Then managers get condescending on top of it. Stay away from this place.

They did not have what I was looking for (ceramic tiles) in stock, which is weird for The Tile Shop. Most of what they carry caters to expensive remodeling, but what I needed was simple and pedestrian and did not even carry it. Boo.
Don't shop here. We spent a lot of money here ordering tile for our kitchen backsplash and floor. They were supposed to include sealant in the order and failed to deliver. I love the Tile Shop! I started shopping there years ago and have since moved, but I keep going back when I need tiles or anything related. The selection is outstanding; the prices are reasonable. The employees are always polite and know their stuff. The showroom is clean and tastefully appointed. I hope they keep up the good work.
Rep misquoted the job so the installers refused to install on scheduled day when they got to site. After promising to come back out and re-quote, I nevver heard from Pro Tint again.
