We have used the Tile Shop for 3 bathrooms, a kitchen remodel as well as other projects. The staff are extremely helpful and the displays are full of ideas. The very best thing is that you can return products you do not use. Even materials they have to order in. We highly recommend them.

We purchased and paid for several thousands of dollars in tile from this store. They didn't have the tile in stock and said the shipment would take roughly a week. Later the same day of the purchase, we found the same tile at about 1/2 the price elsewhere. We cancelled our order within 24 hours. That was 7 days ago. The Tile Shop still hasn't refunded our money. I just called this store...
