Pros - Always friendly, I loved the tiles I bought. It also was refreshing to know that they kept a file and me so I wouldn't have to remember my product name if I ran out ** (Which I did TWICE)**!!Cons - It's tucked away in a little nook - if u are not careful you will pass itthey do charge a % restocking fee so it's best to purchase under that over the amt you need!Overall - great place good...
