I had no problem getting help here like some others have, but it was also a slow night when I went in. Since most other electronics stores are useless these days this place was good to find....

They sold me an open box laptop and I returned within 6 hours it because it was a horrible computer. Then they charged me a 15% return fee for it being opened. It was opened by their employee...
