Chef-owners Ticha and Dan Krinsky's menu changes not only seasonally, but often weekly, depending on what's fresh. For starters, try the cheese-filled corn pupusa, a staple of El Salvador. Mussels in a pasilla pepper broth and a comforting roasted pork paired with chipotle mashed potatoes are musts. Pionono, a mixture of raisins and ground beef, may appear in ravioli or as a plantain filling....

The Tres leches cake contains evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and cream are poured over a simple yellow cake and served cold.
