Never had a bad meal here. I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it's all exquisite. Highly recommend.

This place is an all time favorite. Very consistently has great food and fantastic service. Excellent wine selection and the menu has items such as duck, elk, and sometime buffalo meat. Doesn't matter what I order, it's cooked to perfection and the presentation is excellent.

Tiburon is a nice restaurant: nice ambiance, great service, and it is clear that they are trying hard to give their guests a memorable, upscale dining experience. That said, the menu is limited and both items we had with sauce on them (an appetizer and an entree) tasted quite similar despite the fact that one was chicken and one was beef. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very attentive. She uncorked our wine, offered a taste test, and poured our first glass. Great and appropriate. My elk was superb, as was my wife's lamb. It was our wedding anniversary, and our server brought a complimentary dessert. All in all, one of, if not thee best meal we have ever had anywhere. Thank you, Tiburon. With thanks, Jerry P Budd
