We finally stopped in for Beers and Bites after driving by this place many times. It was one of those rare happy road trip surprises - excellent food, GREAT service with a pleasant attitude, and very good beers. I was able to visit Throwback as part of a 3 brewery tour package. We were treated to a tasting of about 5 of their beer selections and while I loved each beer I tasted, I came away with a clear favorite worthy of bringing a growler of it home with me. This place is worth the visit. A quick exit off Route 1 in North Hampton, New Hampshire and located in a classic New England farm. Indoor and outdoor dining. Plenty of parking. Stopped in here for lunch today and finally ate here. So the tasting room is in an old barn with some beer garden type seating out back. Never visited their old location, but they are now permanently located in an old farmhouse like building. Chickens roam freely on the outside and on the inside you get marvel at the original timber framing that hasn't been corrupted too much with gypsum.
