We had a great experience at thrifty. We had reservation for a wild card car. It turned out to be a Chevy spark. The woman said we got a great rate for the week. Got the car and it looked great....

The ridiculous long lines far out weigh the discounts. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for Hertz which is a quick walk right across from the terminal at the airport. Uber is also available and well worth it if you don't intend leaving your resort every day for far off excursions.

We had rented a car from thrifty at the airport and stopped by here the next to add an additional driver. We didn't bring our rental agreement and when we were called to the next Clerk he told us Rudely that since we don't have our rental agreement that it would "take [him] awhile to look it up then." Insanely long lines (1.5 hrs.) and two unattended computer stations on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Ridiculous.

I used Thrifty Car Rental on a vacation to Honolulu. After all the miscellaneous fees, the price ended up being $35/day for a full size car (Ford Fusion). The car was clean and in good condition. The waiting time was shorter than I expected - about 10-15 minutes. Overall good experience.
