Wow, amazing. I was impressed with the assessment of my stride and fitting me with the proper shoe. Staff new everything about each brand of shoe and took time to make sure I had good information to make my decision. Extremely helpful and best of all they are there to serve you. Truly a unique experience. I highly recommend this store.
I had an issue with a fitting and Three Rivers went above and beyond to make the situation right. I can't say enough about the way I was treated. The staff made what could have been an unpleasant situation pleasant and satisfying!
Customer service and atmosphere are perfect! Didn't know what to expect so we were leery when going to buy running shoes for our young XC runner. They didn't push or try to oversell us on shoes or accessories we don't need. Genuinely cared about the welfare of our son and getting him shoes that would address the pain he has experienced in the past when running...without the use of inserts. ...
