horrible customer service

Thread Away informed of their decision to eliminate their frequent customer program and would not honor the credits earned. I understand a need to eliminate a program, but to not honor the credits accumulated and transition the program out is a poor business practice.

BYW - their threading is fair at best.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by Kimini and she is wonderful!I have been getting my brows threaded for years and it is still painful at times.Kimini took her time and was the most gentle I've ever experienced with threading. Once she was done and asked if it was to my liking, she finished up with an amazing facial massage.I will definitely be back.Thanks Kimini!
