Help us make it rightThis place is great and really convenient (I go shopping and to the theater all the time). I found it last March with my friend. I asked her if she wanted to try it and we'd finally decided we'd both do it. Then we asked the lady how it felt and then she demonstrated it on our arms it didn't hurt; it felt like a pinch. I, personally, had a wonderful experience here. I don't think my eyebrows have ever looked better! They have a great new shape that I didn't think was possible to do with my eyebrows. I've been getting numerous compliments and I am definitely going back. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. And they don't just thread either they wax, too. Not to mention their Facials are just out of the world they're so soothing and I came out of mine feeling like a new person AND it even helps my acne.
I had the worst eyebrow shaping experience of my life at this place! For almost 15 years, I have been waxed, razored, plucked and threaded and I have never been so disappointed with my finished brows. My eyebrows were left uneven and too thin. I specifically asked for my brows to be ""cleaned up"" and not thinned out too much, but I left the salon butchered and in tears. It's so bad, I'm ashamed to leave the house.
