Vacuum stores are usually dingy, dirty places. This one is clean and the staff is friendly. I purchased a Miele vacuum and also had my old hoover fixed. They have a nice variety of cleaning supplies also.

My Miele vacuum cleaner swallowed a pen, and wasn't working right. I called Thousand Oaks Westlake Vacuum, and the picked it up the very same day. They fixed it, did maintenance on it and put in a new HEPA filter. I had it back the following night! Incredible service, and my vacuum cleaner works like new.
