The best! From the Fantastic employees for Piedmont at American Airlines all the way to TSA. If you fly out of eastern North Carolina you need to fly via New Bern. By the way best bacon and egg sandwich on the East Coast at the restaurant as well.

We missed our flight and Seriously the staff at this airport went way above and beyond to help us recover today! Crystelle at American Airlines was incredible helping us rebook our tickets for tomorrow. The TSA personnel were truly kind, sympathetic, gracious and this sweet young lady even helped us carry our luggage back to the rental car. The security guard even got my grandson a sticker....

The only reason for the stars is because of the cleanliness, the convenience of location, and the staff was nice. As far as having "American Eagle" as one of your airlines, I would give it "0" stars. This Airlines/airport ALWAYS has an issue with flights being delayed, no working bathrooms on the plane, and even AC being out in the plane. It's a common talk amongst employees and frequent...
