Local Management Good - Corporate Not so Much

I like the property and have been living there for several years. Locally the Management is really good. On the corporate level I'd say they (Nolan Real estate) don't realyl care so much about the tenants as long as they are getting the checks. There have been some bookeeping issues that corporate seems to be taking their own sweet time correcting.

Thornbury is safe, clean and the apartments are nice. But God forbid you ever have an issue that invovles corporate. For that reason I can only give 3

Careless property

I stayed with the property for two years and never had a problem with the management team that was on board, after I left they changed management teams (twice) and now they are the most unhelpful, inconsiderate woman I have ever messed with over the phone. Even the woman that answer the phones act like you are bothering them.

When I left I had a balance that was owed and I paid it in full to there corporate office Nolan Real Estate. Well I moved out in 2007 and I have been looking for another apt sense then ( now living with parents) and have been declined some many times due to...

My roommate and I have lived here for about 3 months and are thouroughly disgusted by it all. The place looks good on the outside and the talk is good from the management staff, but the facts are it really doesn't live up to the promise. Pretty much like a bad date with someone who turns out to wear a hairpiece, dentures and a prosthesis. Looks good on the outside but....

I moved to thornbury some time back the change in staff had me worried but i was in love with the way the property is managed. A lot of people complain .... mainly because the solution to the problem is not what they want to hear. As far as i am concerned.. i love the staff and the excellent features... fitness center, business center, and the great CARES TEAM... my kids love the fact that they can come and hang out at the office for kids night or other events they make. The way things are done now are different and well worth the money spent.. dont listen to negativity come see for...

My roommate and I fell in love with Thornbury the first time we visited. The leasing agent seemed really knowledgeable and made many promises to us in order to get us to lease a 2/2 apartment on the 3rd floor. We weren't able to view the apartment until our move-in day because it ""wasn't ready"" yet. Upon signing our lease, we discovered the reason for their reluctance to show us the unit.
