Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

Had some recalls fixed on my 2015 Ram work truck. They said it would take three hours but it was finished within an hour. Super nice staff and very polite.

The service was awesome, salesman came out to the lot, well mannered and not aggressive, the GM was very polite in meeting me halfway with the numbers on the car, and what I like most is I didn’t have to stay 5 hours waiting...

I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend Thomson. Here are some of the reasons why: 1 - salesman never called to see how I was liking the car and/or if I had any questions or concerns. This is the first time I've purchased a car and not had anyone check on me; 2 - was told the maintenance package I purchased would cover most maintenance; all it covers is oil changes; I feel I was mislead and...
