We had a technician out less than 24 hours after the initial call. Technician was knowledgable and helpful. He didn't have the parts we needed with him, but he told us exactly how to fix our washer issue. I would definitely hire again.

I've been waiting for over a month for the owner of Thomas and Sons to call me back with a date he can repair my dishwasher. He came out the week of Christmas, said he had to order the parts, called a few days later to say he had ordered them and I'm still waiting. What upsets me the most is that he tried his best to get me to pay for his services before repairing my dishwasher! I'm so thankful...
