The ladies at Thomas Sewing Center are so lovely and helpful. I bought my first embroidery machine last year and I have been able to create extra income through my Etsy shop from the skills I have learned there. Thank you ladies!

I just want to thank the ladies at Thomas Sewing Center! Especially the owner Dana! Through the mess of the manufacturer's issues you all came through and found me a machine that works beautifully!! grin emoticon I'm so thankful for working with me and going above and beyond getting the machine to me know I had a little one. My experience has been Thomas Sewing Center wants to sell but lacks very much on customer service. Bought long arm quilter several months back and it took weeks to get all the machine in. Made call after call to no avail until I contacted Mr Thomas. He got thing straighten out. I ordered a computer upgrade for this quilter a month ago, as of now I still don't know when we will see it. Stopped in yesterday evening at 5:25 pm to look at fabrics for a couple of projects I'm starting. The clerk is checking out someone, and tells me she will be right with me. I tell her it's okay, I just want to browse. The clerk then tells me "we'll you have 35 minutes and no more."
