Tom Dignan is a master bowmaker and repairman. I'm surprised to see no ratings here, but I bought my current bass bow from him in 1998, and I love it still. He not only makes master bows, but also carries a great line of other pernambuco bows from other countries.

His awards have been documented in Bass World, the Journal of the International Society of Bassists, and elsewhere. Just to...
