We visited Thomas House Restaurant for dinner one evening while staying in the area.
The food was good but the restaurant itself was very outdated and unappealing. It wasn’t a great dining atmosphere.
Probably would not go back again.

Stopped for supper on our trip home to New England. Mom and Pop place home made dinners and desserts. I had steak and gravy with mashed potatoes and beets. The steak was basically chopped steak w- gravy. It was very tasty w- a good gravy...

We get up here once a year from Florida. We were referred to Thomas House by someone at the Harrisonburg Visitors Center three years ago and come back every year. This is comfort food at it’s best. I had a tender and delicious country steak...
