Disappointed in the process and the appointment. I had to have x-rays done and the procedure was not a pleasant one. Felt like the facility was outdated and I was just another patient going through. The doctor only showed me one x-ray and seemed to have already made his mind up about my diagnosis. Never physically checked my knee or the area around it. Seemed to think expensive...

Dr. Tom is a very professional & knowledgeable Physician. He takes the time to listen and will give you a detailed diagnosis when possible. As far a physical medicine, he is tops in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Higginbotham's receptionist is completely worthless and doesn't care about patients. Dr. Higginbotham goes on vacation and has NO backup plan for patients to be seen while he is gone, the receptionist's suggestion is find a new doctor. Unbelievable!
