I've always loved their personalized gifts. There are times that they are busy and swarmed with people so you just have to be patient and wait for your turn. They usually finished the engravings on time. The prices are ok, I usually find a way to make it cheaper but I'll always come back for their beautiful snow globes and frames...

I usually don't do reviews but this place has horrible service. I ordered a card holder and a name plack. I came to see that they had the writings on the wrong items. The workers says to me "well you signed for it". How am I suppose to know what the SKU numbers are of those items which were all on …

The lady here was very rude and had an uppity attitude. It almost felt like I was Julia Roberts in pretty woman! She really didn't want my money. I was willing to give the 21 dollars to engrave my coin too.

Horrible customer service. They really need to step up their game if they want to sell. This is the 3time I walk out because I don't appreciate the lack of service or the rude way they answer back.

Walked in and walked out and during the whole time there I was never even acknowledged. Sure they may be one of the few places that have personalized items- but I'd rather buy my gifts elsewhere.
