I've been going to this salon for over a year now. I'm always happy with their services. They're so friendly and helpful. AND they give out a stamp card for a free pedi, after you have 10 services of $25 done! Awesome deal! You have to try it.

It was larger than I expected. People at the the front desk were very friendly. I was thinking how welcoming the bar would be after a hectic day. I've recommended it to my daughters, and will definitely refer others.

I was given a SpaFinder.com gift card for my birthday last September and forgot bout it until recently. I found Theory online and thought I would give it a try. I initially went for an eyebrow wax and ended up getting a full set of acrylics as well. I was greeted pleasantly by the staff and introduced to my technician. Awful experience. They do not stand behind their services and they are very rude (mgmt and receptionist). I had two great nail techs (Teresa and Andrea D.), but unfortunately the way the managers run the business is awful. If you complain about a service, they will be rude about it and it is apparent they only care about the $ part of things. I called to speak to a manager and never got a call...
