What a bright and cheery place. I've had great customer service experiences with staff helping me to find yarns and pat...terns and treasures I didn't even know I needed! ;-) Thanks for the relaxed atmosphere, upbeat surroundings and great inventory. Keep up the good work, friends!See More

Very helpful and a great selection. I didn't feel crapped or crowded like I have at some other places. They have lots of... project ideas out and about and several places to sit and chat or even work on a project if so inclined. Lots of class option but nog many in the evening which would be the only thing I could look to for an improvement.See More

It's my happy place! And my favorite yarn store....

Editorial review from Citysearch

Disappointing customer service. Been waiting almost 2 months for some yarn I ordered. Was told it would take 2 weeks. I have had to do all the follow-up on the yarn. I was told by Edward that ""it on not on us"" to follow up with customers. Wow, I thought that is what customer service was. Keeping customers happy and informed regarding orders. Not at The Woolie Ewe. They apparently can not be bothered.
If you need something ordered I would go elsewhere. There are other yarn shops in the area that would be glad to help you out.
This place has not been the same since the owner shake up last...
