The heat did not work, the TV did not work and the owner was not ammenible to a discount on that or future stays. However the location was great and it was amazingly quiet for busy downtown Guerneville.

SHAME YOU HAVE TO SACRIFICE TO STAY AT A GAY RESORT IN THIS TOWN!Stayed there a few days couple weeks ago, as part of a 2 week trip in area. The place is in bad need of just normal upkeep....

A good choice in Guerneville

Compared to other options in the area, this is a decent hotel. It needs paint and some updating, but the room was large and clean. The walls are thin - I could hear coughing in the next room. The location is great - walk to everything in town, and the owners are very nice.

Great location to get away for a few days.. Hotel very accommodating--in the heart of town. Guests are all interesting people. Good restaurants nearby and all the wines are "mighty fine." Best exploration nearby-Bodega Bay--also, Healdsburg. Bravo to Mike!
