I came in and one of the first few things that happened is they let a DOG in the salon that was just running all over the place...the woman doing my hair pet the dog before and started washing my hair immediately after. I was horrified. Throughout the haircut, I repeatedly had to tell her what I wanted and how I didn't want her to cut anymore off at a certain point..(she couldn't even remember my name and called me by a different name, not as big a deal, but kind of rude) and she just kept going.
