I was checking in prior to attending wedding. Check in was at 3 PM; I was trying to check in at 2:50 PM. My room was not ready. Humph. Here is a "coincidence: I went on line and signed up for their preferred guest status and - whaddya know - when I went back tot he desk to tell the staff I was now a guest, a room had "just opened."....I am sure it was just a coincidence.
