I have lived in the same apartment complex for the past 4 years. I have restaurants walking distance from my door, nice neighbors, and caring management. I've been comfortable for the past 4 years, anything that needs to be done maintenance wise gets done with a quick turnaround time.

I like my apartment complex because it has beautiful landscaping and the rental office repond quickly to maintanence requests and leave a note stating what they did. We have a pond and it has lots of turtle, my son loves going to feed the turtles.

My first apartment in Florida

This is our first apartment when we moved to Florida. I found it online prior to our move down here from Michigan on Apartments.com. We were very pleased to see that they pictures where very accurate. We are close to all stores, bus lines and restaurants. Our favorite thing to do every morning is to meet our friends for our daily swim.

For what it's worth it's not as bad as some of the reviews say it is. I Never have seen any criminal activity except the occasional trespasser that the staff dealt with. All the amenities are well maintained and well kept.The apartments are older but still nice. The staff and Maintenance Crew are very friendly and well trusted. The only draw back is that some of the appliances are a bit...
