Maintenance was responsive; however, problems weren't necessarily fixed. Took many complaints before washer/dryer was replaced (the dryer took hours to dry a load!). this is the worst place that i have lived in so far. the management is rude. seems to me they dont want to listen to residents and are no help in nay ways. there are robberies happening day after day. the apartments are pricey.

The management has been terrible in the past. It has recently changed, so I can't say much about the new team. They are unresponsive to problems. The lawn maintenance and snow removal has been problematic in the past. Also, there have been several incidents of crime on the community property in the past couple of months. If you have to break your lease be warned you will be paying for the apartment until it is rented. I lost my job and had to move out for a new job and I started receiving bills. I called the customer care center and was informed that I will have to pay the full amount of rent until the unit is rented by someone else or when the lease ends.
