Chartleytowne was my first time living on my own. I've learned so much from living here. The living is OK. The places are nice. The prices are kind of high. You pay for everything: rent, water, sewer, trash removal, and gas and electric. So if they tell you your rent is $885 realistically you'll pay $960. You HAVE to pay everything all together (except BGE) or your rent will be considered late....

Only down fall is the children running unsupervised. That get annoying when they do what they want and management just sends out notices.

I love my apartment; it's sunny , spacious and quiet. Morgan Properties is a great place to live and raise your children, it has plenty of space for them to run and play. They are also pet friendly. It is also convenient to shopping and plenty of restaraunts. I love it here

We rent townhomes from Village of Chartleytowne and they are amazing. This is my second time living in a VOC apartment, but the first with my husband. We are really impressed.

The maintenance has been very reliable, to the point they sometimes remedy issues the same day. The leasing office (especially Mel) is very helpful. However, there can be a little bit of clickiness between the staff and...
