place is good but too far from cal state but the price was netter than what i pay now

nice area to live, its quiet and the apartment is very resonable also the pool is blue unlike my last place although i only get one parking spot in the parking lot. all in all i recomend it, talk to the manager maybe he can get you some sort of deal
