This is a great UPS store. I have been coming here for about 2 years. The customer service is great. I'm not standing around while the Employees are having a lunch discussion, yep, that happened !But now I live here and I am very happy with the polite customer service, isn't that what it's all about? I will drive an extra 7 miles to this location from Ventura!

Horrible place, my husband and I tried shipping a package to Puerto Rico and they sent it back for the wrong address. There is a UPS store is to where I live on Victoria Ave. Service is so-so and the notary is never there- I tried 3 times! I went to this UPS Store and was amazed at the difference in customer service! Quick, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service!!! I will spend the extra time, and gas, and give them my business!
