I am really confused by some of the bad reviews.I moved my mailbox over to this store about3 years ago and EVERYONE has done a great job in there.I was reluctant to get my mail at another UPS franchise due to some bad experiences in Alaska.But, when I moved to Vegas I went to a no-name place …

Incompetent Staff

I stopped by yesterday 04/19/2010 as I needed few color copies and a Notary signature for my 70 years old Mom.
I asked the guy to help me with the copies of her Passports I told him I needed 4 copies he said that each will cost $0.50 and I said fine, he messed up with the copies and ended up making 8 for which he wanted to charge me I told him that I asked for 4 only he offered a compromise...

dont let them pack anything for you

They charged me 19 dollars to pack one golf club which only cost 11 dollars to ship, and another 5 dollars to put my other boxed item into another box which i didnt even ask for. Beware and if you do use them pack everything yourself.
