Have usually been very friendly and the waits are never long. I've gone there on several occasions. They will pack your stuff for you so no need to hunt for boxes. Also they have a variety of other services that make your everyday small business needs easy.

Love Gene and the UPS Store folks. I've done business with them for almost 10 years, and have found them to be friendly, reliable, and helpful. they've helped with me with shipping faxing, Notary Services, and have been terrific.

Worst customer service ever! i took my monitor speaker system to return to the online store, and since they had to package it they charged me 15 something,, before i even said yes, they were already packaging it, and then i figured i didn't had enough to i asked them if they could hold it for me till later to get cash, the lady in the front desk made a face and said ok, then on that day i had...
