stopped by to have some documents overnighted and was told the store is under new ownership. i had nothing but a pleasant experience with the "new" people.

I am glad somebody has had a good experience at this location. From my experience Gordon is a rude, unprofessional man with a strange sence of humor. He argues with customers and is very short with them. At this location ... the customer is not always right. I am embarresed for UPS and this location they have being operated by someone who should not be in the customer service field.

I've had a mailbox at this store for many years. The present owner, Gordon Clark, is an absolutely fabulous manager.... his customer service skills are astonishing. He's very efficient, but also funny and personable.The people working there are also a pleasure to deal with.WAY TO GO!!
