Had to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon here and thought I would have to pay shipping or service fee and that was not the case at all...was in and out within 3 minutes. No line, great service. UPS may not always deliver packages in one piece or on time but I guess if you go to them they will make up for it...

This place is terrible.There's a card spending limit as if it were some kind of deli - wtf? And expect you to pay for envelopes when they are out of the UPS branded ones.This place is the worst - STAY AWAY

Although UPS told me all UPS locations must accept drop-offs, this store informed me they couldn't give me a UPS envelope because they only provide those to customers who pay to ship from their location.

I can definitely fathom how they could mess some things up there. The customer service isn't what i would consider "good". But I go there about once a month to mail a few things via overnight mail and I've never had a problem yet.

I do find it to be better than the other mailing store located in Williamsburg on Bedford (which has always been a nightmare for me) and it is definitely better...
