Horrible Customer Service YP.com

The worst customer service I have ever received! The gentleman (who said he was the owner) was very rude and disrespectful. He told me to stop being uptight when he kept insisting a company account number was the package's tracking number (which I needed to give to my company). I got no apoligy when he realized that he was wrong. I hope for the sake of his business, if he really is the owner,...

very poor experience
Unreliable in my experience. Has a very bad attitude towards customers from my dealings with him. Long delays in packaging and delivery to UPS for mailing. Said that he called - no digital evidence going back 10 days that he did. I would go somewhere else if I had the option.
