Great place, rents aren't too high.The only problem is that sometimes the dumpsters can be quite far from where you actually live. So for ex: if you are living on the third floor, you might have to lug your trash a fair bit. Neighbors are friendly. Security is good

I moved here in march and am very satisfied so far. The maintenance is excellent and the staff is very responsive.

I was expecting roach and insect issues since I am on the first floor but its pretty much non existent.

The 1BR are extremely spacious.

Grounds and pool are well maintained.

I wish they would provide curbside trash pickup.

i cant express to anyone enough how great this place is. great staff, great neighbors, great everything. I don't have any complaints besides rental increases, but who likes those anyway. i don't believe i could have made a better choice. I really recommend this place!

I have lived here for the longest and loved every bit of it up until 4 months ago. All I can say is if you plan on doing things in the privacy of your own home not harming anyone beware of your next door neighbors because they will be nosey and chances will be they will call the sherriff on you!!! Oh yeah, never live on the second floor because your upstairs neighbors will sound like buffalos.
