The whole complex is pretty attractive for nature lovers, however the interior is rather cheap feeling (cheap cabinets, appliances, and the paint was sprayed on). Quiet, serene, nestled in a comfortable area of the city. Apartments are not hard to get in and out. Not on a busy street. Well kept property. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Never hear loud music or noise.

I like this place because the staff is friendly and prompt to address any issues, rent might be a little high, but overall is OK, the only part that sucks is that some apartments are tilted/crooked. The toilets could use an update.

The Trace Apartments in Ridgeland, MS is an ok place to stay. It's pretty safe and quiet. It has a gym, walking trail, swimming pool and an on site laundry facility. The staff is friendly and someone is always in the office to answer the phone during business hours and they also have people to help you after normal business hours. I don't know if I will stay here for a long period of time...

I moved into the Trace in March of this year.I looked at the reviews online and thought since I previously rented from another property under the same company. Big mistake! From the time we moved in there has been spiders, ants, & we've even killed a couple roaches in here.I had to contact the office twice as well as their corporate office to get pest control to come out.We've had our toilet...
