We offer Pole Dance Classes and Parties for fitness and fun. We have group and private classes, open Monday - Sat, mornings, afternoons, and eveinings.
I have been an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer since 1994, I have 11 years of Classical Dance training, I have been teaching the sport of Pole Dance since 2005, and have been doing Romance Parties since 2001.

Me and a friend were planning a bachelorette party for another friend of our. i was a little unsure about what to expect (non of us had done poll dancing before) but Kristen made it fun and easy for beginners like us!!! it was perfect for our party!!! we all had fun and even took home a few new tricks for our hunnies at home!!! i would definitely suggest this for any bachelorette party!!!
