Summit is a great opportunity for living and what it has to offer. Glad I choose here for a place to call home, but what really got me was the $200 move in special and the immediate move in can't beat it.

I moved in my Junior year and have been staying here for a little over than a semester. I have no complaints so far. The apartment is nice and spacious. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Washer and dryer included. It's a bit pricier than other apartments near the mnsu campus but it comes fully furnished so it's worth it. It's definitely convinient for students because there's a bus stop included and...

I've had a wonderful experience living at The Summit and Jacob Heights. The staff is great, maintenance crew is always quick and happy to help. When there's an issue, management helps find a solution. With all the amenities and utilities included in rent, there's no better deal in Mankato.
