This apartment complex offers mostly SDSU student housing. The rooms are small, but perfect for a single occupant. The staff is pretty flexible and down to earth, and the students are surprisingly well behaved. If you're you're looking for a lively and eclectic atmosphere at a competitive price I would recommend the Suites on Paseo.

Staff recently entered a friends room while he was not home with no notification, no 24 hour notice, no emergency - nothing. This is simply unacceptable for any reason and makes me worry that this could happen to anyone. Be aware that staff here may not respect your personal privacy.

In addition, the giftcard situation that everyone was promised is still a mess. Went to pick mine up and they tried to give me a $200 giftcard while a friend who signed the exact same lease (same apartment, same meal option, same parking option, leases signed within 2 minutes of each other) as me received a...
