Just had my Birthday Party there last night... The only place in CT where the entire staff greets you with well wishes, the attention to detail from reserving space to preparing food is unmatched and if you drop $170 cash on the floor it actually finds its way back to you. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks guys for an amazing night!!!

Opened in 2012, The Spread is the venture of Shawn Longyear, Andrey Cortes, Chris Rasile and Chris Hickey. This contemporary restaurant and bar has a chic industrial ambiance with a romantic touch to it. Dishes are served in classic floral china and silverware. Their menu changes daily as well as seasonally and is completely chef-driven. But that just adds a mystery or adventure to diners....
