We frequently travel into downtown Chester to visit the farmer's market - so on one particularly chilly afternoon we stopped in. Nice greeting, good atmosphere. I spy a bowl of French Onion soup on a table as we pass - which is the dish I like to try when we visit a new place. It makes my Top 2 list!...
