I would give a 0 Star...their custmer service and quality of workmanship stinks! We had bought furniture from them twice and I would be a fool to return. Their quality of materials is definitely the pits. We had a warrenty and they refused to come out and repair what was broken and ripped! I would definitely not buy from ANY Room Place! Don't do business here.
Made two purchases. First was a nice diningroom set after enduring 2 pushy salesmen for about 45 minutes. Second time was for the matching entertainment center. the ast. manager told me it was discontinued. so he tried getting me to buy the beat up floor model. I really like this place. The quality and appearance of the furniture is very good, and it's very affordable! I'd recommend The Roomplace for anyone in the area looking for furniture at a good price. (FYI - I believe they used to be called Harlem Furniture)
