Help us make it rightMy wife and I dined there a couple of years ago when it was the Bearded Clam, and had a nice time. Now they're known as The Rocks, so we tried it again. Got there at 7:10 on a Saturday night, was told that the wait would be 35 minutes, so we were shown the way downstairs to the bar....
The Rocks is now the Iguana Roja Restaurante. They offer making guacamole at your table. The fajitas were good, but would have preferred the chicken to be sliced thinner.
The Prime Rib dinner is delicious, a must try! Also the fried spinach appetizer is very good, too! Also tried the fish tacos and they were really good!
For our family of three with a 9 year old child the wait for order was just to long and it was very noisy. I think how the restaurant is set up makes the noise level just to loud when a larger crowd is there. I don't have to complain about the food. It was plenty and good.
A group of us tried to go the The Rocks at 5 pm on a Sunday night. They were supposed to be open until 7 pm. They informed us they were closing for the night when we arrived because business was slow.
Casual environment that offers the best variety on Table Rock Lake. Burgers, Pizza, Seafood...Three Bars, Live Music and Award Winning BBQ.
