Children were unhappy with summer program. Day care is overcrowed and understaffed. Staff there is not very friendly.

My grand-daughter stays at the R.S.D. and I'm not an easy pleaser when it comes to a Day Care establishment nor provider as I myself had a daycare for 12 years also.
