I've stayed here twice; WiFi is only consistent if your room is near the office. Not all rooms have bathtubs.

Nice hotel that rides the Heavenly runs and is right next to one of their basecamps. Each room comes with a Sleep Number bed! Great place for families!

The hotel was not what it had been advertised to be. The free wifi was so intermittent that it was basically worthless. The heating system stopped working during the night. The wires for the TV were attached to an extension cord and then run under the carpeting...probably a very unsafe situation and not according to code. The wires were exposed and hanging down the wall. The phone in the room...

Die Putzfrauen haben uns jeden morgen um 8 uhr geweckt, obwohl wir es nicht wollten und es denen auch mehrmals gesagt haben.
Im bad haben wir ab und zu mal dereckige Handtücher bekommen, was gar nicht geht.
Die klimaanlage konnte man nicht einstellen, somit ging sie nur auf volle power und es war dann entweder zu warum oder zu kalt im zimmer. Ab und an hat sie sich sogar in der Nacht von...

The stay at the ridge was amazing! Friendly staff, amazing room. The only thing was their hot tubs on the roof were under construction and there were way too many people in one hot tub to want to go to the one outside. Besides that I would have to give this hotel a 10!
