I was at avalon for three years and had enjoyed it till the new mananger came there about a year ago and started running the place like a prison camp. if you need something in your home fixed they will not do it because she cut the budget and they have no money to do it( and this is with you paying 1300 a month or more). parking there is a nightmare for 35 units in my court there are 10 spots,...
