This is a top notch hotel. Beds are comfortable. Elegant but not stuffy. The help is friendly. I look forward to staying here again. Restaurant and room service was excellent too. Valet parking is easy. Close to all attractions and Plaza. Beautiful views of Plaza.

We have struggled with our choice of hotels in KC on the plaza. We are so thrilled to report those challenges are over!! Everything about the Raphael has been awesome. ..including the Chaz restaurant! 5 stars for us!
