PrintPlace.com - Passionate About Taking Your Money - NOT Passionate About Their Products of Customer Service!!!

We ordered magnets from PrintPlace.com. The samples held four pieces of paper so we ordered some. The actual magnets that came would not even hold one piece of paper and slid to the floor.

They refused to replace, credit or refund our order and suggested we "Buy more" of their bad products and they would give us 20% off on the second order. Horrible business ethics.

We have posted the actual emails that were sent back and forth in our own Blog and we welcome EVERYONE to come, view and leave their own comments about their experience with PrintPlace.com

WE WILL NEVER BE SENDING THEM BUSINESS AGAIN.

Been using them for years. Always support the small business owner! professional, good pricing, Great service. Many larger print companies outsource to them.

Multiple Errors, Delivered Late , Rude

I gave these people a 65 pg. PDF to print to a soft cover book.

For some reason they printed a page of the cover on the
inside and numbered it. This caused all of the chapters
listed in the Table of Contents to be wrong - i.e. the chapter
that should start on page 3 actually starts on page 4, etc.
Though no content was actually missing, pages 7 and 55 were blank.

They were 2 days late...
